Finally...

I've been in Hong Kong since June and I've made many (unintentionally empty) promises about starting my blog. The excuses varied from not having a suitable laptop (um, got one in July) to not having enough time (do we ever?) to not knowing where to begin (the food, the environment, the adjustment of my children, missing my friends, starting a new job, etc.) Before I could even really think, it was October, then November and now its December. Perhaps I've been looking for something incredibly compelling to begin with, who knows, but if I don't start this blog today, I probably never will. The last six months have been some of the most challenging, beautiful and incredible I've ever experienced. So, here it goes...I'm going to start filling you in and keeping you up with the expatriate life in one of the best cities in the world, Hong Kong.
